AP Test Takers…This is a very important announcement for all AP Test Takers…The Counseling Department will host a MANDATORY AP TEST PRE-CODING SESSION from April 23rd, 25th, and 30th. These dates have changed from the previous, announcement so please remember April 23rd, 25th, and 30th during 1st, 7th, and after school in the Library. You will need to schedule your time in the Counseling Suite. So please do so TODAY. This is required for all students who signed up and paid to take an AP exam.

You must obtain the website to register from your AP teacher. Don’t delay and don’t miss out on your second opportunity to register for AP exam

If you have received ANY scholarship money of any amount for college next year please fill out a scholarship information form and turn it into Mrs. Horvath by April 23rd in the counselors’ suite Room 402. You will be recognized at Senior Awards Night on May 17 at 7pm.
Congressman Pete Olson would like to invite all high school students in the 22nd District of Texas to apply to participate in the 2012-2013 Congressional Youth Advisory Council. Through this Council, the Congressman hopes to gain insight from students around TX-22 and encourage them to work hard and accomplish their academic goals. The Council will meet four times within the school year and include a roundtable discussion on current events, as well as learning the pivotal role of lawmakers, experts and citizens in a democracy. These high-achieving students will be considered Ambassadors for Rep. Olson and will be asked to provide their opinions on major bills working their way through Congress.
To be considered, the completed application must be submitted to Rep. Olson's Sugar Land office no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, May 18, 2012. For more information please call 281-494-2690.
