Please be aware that Transcript requests MUST be turned into Ms. Rotramel in the Registrar's Office at least 3 business days prior to the date that the transcript must be sent. The request will be date stamped when it is turned into Ms. Rotramel. Last minute requests will no longer be accommodated. Although Elkins’ staff strive to assist all student and parent requests, this guideline is in place and must be followed to allow for efficient use of staff resources. Of course, if there is a VERY unique circumstance, we will do everything we can to assist.

TranscriptsThe Registrar can send student transcripts to any college, university or scholarship organization. Current Elkins High School students must submit their transcript request through Naviance. Please be aware that the attached Transcript request form MUST be turned, faxed or e-mailed into Ms. Corhn or Ms. Mack in the Registrar's Office at least 3 business days prior to the date that the transcript must be sent. It is only for students that have graduated from Elkins High School. Please Note: Students must be cleared of all fines/fees in order to receive a transcript.
