If you know what college you will be attending in the fall, stop by the Registrar’s Office to get the Final Transcript Request Form, fill it out and turn it in to the Registrar’s Office. Seniors be aware that your final transcript will not be sent if you owe fines or fees.
The registrar’s office will be closed for the upcoming two week break December 24th through January 4th.
Submit official transcript requests with an early January due date to the Registrar’s office by Wednesday, December 19th. If you need a V-O-E for driver’s ed or to get your license before school resumes in January, you must have your request in to the Registrar’s office by Wednesday, December 19th. If you know you will not be returning for the second semester of school beginning in January, you must turn in all books, uniforms and all school property and your parents must come to the Registrar’s office to withdraw you by Wednesday, December 19th. SENIORS: If you need a transcript sent to a college, university, or for a scholarship, please submit that information to the Registrar’s Office. Be aware that we cannot send SAT/ACT Scores with your transcript. You must contact the College Board and send them yourself. Official transcripts sent to schools in Texas are primarily sent electronically, so there is no need for an addressed envelope or postage. If you are applying out of state, the district will provide the postage; however, if you need to meet a deadline, it will expedite the process if you provide a stamped, addressed envelope. Please be aware that the transcript request form (available for download at the bottom of this post) must be turned into Mrs. Corhn in the Registrar's office at least 3 business days prior to the date that the transcript must be sent.
If you know you will not be attending Elkins High School next school year, please ask your parent/guardian to come by the registrar’s office and fill out withdrawal paperwork.
You will receive a “Final Transcript Request” form in a packet of info at grad practice this week. It is YOUR responsibility to turn that form in to the registrar’s office. If you do not request a FINAL TRANSCRIPT be sent to the college you plan to attend, it will not be sent.

TranscriptsThe Registrar can send student transcripts to any college, university or scholarship organization. Current Elkins High School students must submit their transcript request through Naviance. Please be aware that the attached Transcript request form MUST be turned, faxed or e-mailed into Ms. Corhn or Ms. Mack in the Registrar's Office at least 3 business days prior to the date that the transcript must be sent. It is only for students that have graduated from Elkins High School. Please Note: Students must be cleared of all fines/fees in order to receive a transcript.
