The Bush High School boys soccer team showed Monday night it might be for real after all.
After a few good results during the first third of district play the Broncos broke through with a 2–1 victory over previously unbeaten and untied Elkins.
Broncos (4–2) got goals from Victor Ojeda and Manny Roth just a few mintues apart midway through the first half to take a 2–0 lead. Mario Garcia and Jordan Pena each had one assist.
About 15 minutes into the second half Elkins' Charlie Gagnon scored with an assist from Fernando Arias‐Williams. The Knights (5–1) lost their hold on first place. They sit in second place - one point behind undefeated Kempner.....READ MORE
