Seniors – If you will need a college or scholarship transcript with an arrival due date before or by January 15, you must have the request to the registrar’s office no later than Dec. 15th. Due to the new student software program, all transcripts have to be mailed, rather than sent electronically. Please expedite the process by providing postage for mailing at the time of your request. All of FBISD is on Winter Break beginning December 18th. During the first week of Jan., the registrar’s office will enrolling and withdrawing students and will NOT fill any transcript requests until Jan. 10th -- which will not allow for a Jan. 15 arrival date. Thank you.
Please Note: Students must be cleared of all fines/fees in order to receive a transcript or VOE (Verification of Enrollment).
TranscriptsThe Registrar can send student transcripts to any college, university or scholarship organization. Current Elkins High School students must submit their transcript request through Naviance. Please be aware that the attached Transcript request form MUST be turned, faxed or e-mailed into Ms. Corhn or Ms. Mack in the Registrar's Office at least 3 business days prior to the date that the transcript must be sent. It is only for students that have graduated from Elkins High School. Please Note: Students must be cleared of all fines/fees in order to receive a transcript.
