Next week's testing schedule for those students wanting to improve upon an original score on a STAAR test is listed below. Please report to your assigned testing room promptly at 7:30 a.m. each day, bring a sack lunch, and leave your cell phone or other electronic devices at home or in your locker. Juniors and Seniors: The ASVAB results are in! The Counseling Department will be handing out results on Wednesday, Nov. 28th and Thursday, Nov. 29th during ALL lunches. If you are interested as to what your results mean, please come by Room 636 after school on Wednesday or Thursday. Shared Dreams…From Nov. 26th thru Dec. 5th Shared Dreams will be collecting boxed cereals, plus new/used, clean/school appropriate clothing, shoes, books, and toiletries. Donations may be placed in the labeled box in the foyer and commons. These items are to help those FBISD students in need and provide them breakfast during the long winter break. Would you like to earn cash scholarships and compete at the state and national levels? Join the Euro Challenge! Information sessions will be held this Thursday, November 29th after school in Mr. Hill’s room #501. Anyone interested in joining should plan to attend this meeting.

Suburban Houston-Fort Bend Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc, will host their first Scholarship Workshop for Junior and Senior high school students on Saturday, November 17th from 9am-1pm at HCC-Stafford (10041 Cash Rd, Stafford TX, Room 139-140). The workshops are MANDATORY for ALL Senior students that have applied for our scholarship and they must attend with a parent/guardian. Only school related function(s) or UIL competition(s) will be excused. The workshops will provide invaluable information regarding college admission, financial aid, time management and life skills. The attire is business casual (no shorts, flip flops, or halter tops) and bring a sweater/jacket just in case there is a room temperature change. Refreshments will be provided. Santa’s Exchange is a joint effort of the Sugar Land Exchange Club, the Sugar Land Rotary Club, and the Fort Bend Exchange Club in support of Project SMILE. The common goal of these organizations is to ensure a more joyful Christmas to more than 3,000 deserving children in Fort Bend County by providing Christmas gifts through Santa Exchange.
